Dura Temp in introducing the Generation IV Vortex Sweepout Assembly, designed to improve handling and user experience on Servo pusher systems that may incorporate vertical pocket air.

Fundamental to the design of Dura Temp sweepout assemblies are the drop-on / quick-change style pockets.

Vortex Sweepout Assemblies can be made in single, double, triple and quadruple gob configurations. Each configuration can be made for left, right, or convertible left/right hand operations.

The assemblies are offered in a single or double high setup as well as variable mountings to the pusher mechanism. Bespoke configurations can be offered or designed for special containers or setups. 

A wide variety of contact materials or combinations can be offered depending on customer needs or specifications. Materials such as:

• Carbon-Fibre-Carbon (CFC) DT-65
• Stainless Steel Braid, different variations available
